To keep costs down and service speed up, we send out minimal documentation. We do however have to foward you a hard copy of the certificate.

When you process an adjustment online your updated documents apart from the insurance certificate and disc will be in your online account MyBoxyMo. Due to regulator requirements we have to post the certificate to you.

As your Certificate of Motor Insurance must be issued to you by post, you will be unable to view this document from your online account. If you require a replacement certificate, you can request a duplicate copy from your Online Portal - MyBoxyMo at a cost of €20 to cover administration. If we request a copy of your old certificate and you have misplaced it you will have to send us a Lost Certificate Declaration.
